During our latest shipment, U.S. Customs conducted an in-depth inspection because electronic cigarette–related products were included in the same channel. This required all goods to be opened and checked individually, which created an unexpected and significant delay.
Our products have now completed the inspection process and are awaiting final clearance. Once released, they will be moved directly to our warehouse and shipped without further hesitation.
At the same time, please note that all restocking products are now open for pre-order. We strongly recommend that customers avoid combining pre-order items with in-stock products in the same order, as this would delay the shipment of the entire package. Customs is currently handling a very large workload, and while the exact release date cannot be confirmed, we assure you that as soon as clearance is granted, we will dispatch your orders immediately to ensure you receive them at the earliest possible time.
We understand that this delay has caused frustration and inconvenience. We take full responsibility and are deeply sorry. To express our apology, we are providing 10 boxes of our new yogurt-flavored product as compensation to affected customers. This is an upgrade from the original 5 boxes we planned, as the delay was further prolonged by incorrect information feedback from Customs.
Looking ahead, we are already working on increasing our inventory levels and improving our logistics planning to ensure that such situations do not happen again. Our goal is to provide you with consistent availability and timely delivery every time you order.
